Paraguay is a tiny but rich country. South America, unlike North America kept most of its old rules but with dictators and some otherwise politicians.
The Paraguayan Princess is from an already rich family who married into a cattle family. Not unlike the Texan moguls of the cattle craze. She then married her high school sweetheart who had gone to school in the US and married someone else.
She is a pretty little thing and her husband is of Lebanese descent. Who does not know trouble when they see it coming. With the rockets reigning on Israel, and Dubai ships blowing up in port. A bomb is not unlikely, nor is a plot against the family.
The sister of the wife is in Miami, and one does not wonder she did not spend her vacations with her family going to Florida, a short skip by private plane. The Miami vice shows and the Mar Largo residence of the Trumps, give one consideration of a free lifestyle of pleasure for the rich.
A life with a nanny and three children in an old crumbling condo must have come from her own younger days where they would have acquired a once new building which might have had once Movistar's or well known journalist and occasionally another type of celebrity's.
It is not odd, she would chose to live close to what she wanted especially if her sisters rise gave her an uncomfortable feeling. What did her husband do, real-estate? Or flowers sales such as drugs, which is what everyone believes of all south Americans.
I once had a relationship with someone from Argentina and he was always under inspection at the customs, even though he was not Spanish. But spoke the language fluently.
I traveled when I was younger as a photo journalist. I was not unknown to South America when i did speak Spanish and French. I often had difficulty though in getting through the various countries for one reason or another.
Even as a foreign exchange student, I found myself as an au pair for a family wishing to travel to America, and when we landed in Florida they had to be convinced i was in fact a citizen and not a lost wandering teenager.
My family had a condo offered to us in Miami, we often spent time there and once there was an old homestead or heritage site. It is this condo we were offered and I remember living down the isle where most of the old community is gone. I also remember walking through the various streets with my younger brothers to this area.
There is some concern as to why this building was not already condemned. Why the management had been taken over from the original tenants. Most of us complained to each other and no one could understand how many time my mother or myself were asked to leave or simply forcibly put out.
Now the family of the Paraguayans who are also Lebanese are in town to find their own family. It is odd, no one has written a movie already about it being who family who were the targets.
My parents seemed to love each other and had traveled as children around the globe. Their parents were known for various reasons and had some money but not a cattle industry. We once had a small community of trees and horses where such things as olives and avocados and apricots were grown for packing and export.
That west coast French Rivera Baja community is now all drugs and some flower sales to encourage visitors and trap those with money or connections. Harassments of certain ones follows generations of these types of criminal groups.
there has been no mention of this in this catastrophe. the sadness of seeing a family homestead going to those who have no reason to believe they can get away with stealing, that Egyptian woman has lost both of her husbands, her son and parents while she insist she is Mexican.
Here were are again, what caused the collapse, a spoiled celebrity kid who just wanted to control a family's who gave him access to politics because he said he wanted to rule the world? A bunch of messed up idiots who did not know how to build a beach front condo while living in metal trailers?
Or was it a hit on someone from the area of expertise which might have included the illicit drugs but did include politics and racist bias, including towards Israel, as a large Jewish community had moved inside the retirement community.
What I really want to know is where are all the children?
Even in this type of intrigue where a score on illicit trade or rogue politics, a building is targeted regardless of its inhabitants.
There are too few children reported. Only a handful of children including this families three children and another Spanish speaking couple with two children. There have been only a few others mentioned, leaving only half a dozen families in a 150 unit condo?
What happened that caused so few families to live here, or where they are on vacation to other locations? Or have we just not been told about the true number as it is clear how much greif there is for the entire building?
